Credence

The AI investigator for your credit team

Credence does the legwork of a credit investigation. It gathers the evidence, builds the case, and gives your team a recommendation with every fact sourced - in minutes. Your people make every decision. Your data never leaves the building.

How it works

Code does the math. AI does the reading. Ratios, thresholds and the credit grade are always computed by code - never guessed by AI.

Automates the investigation - never the decision

Credence runs the whole case: it pulls files, checks sources, and gathers findings. It recommends. It never approves or declines. Your officer stays in control.

One case, every source

Credit bureaus, core banking, registries, financial statements - Credence checks them all at once and brings everything into one case file.

Decisions backed by evidence

Every figure and finding links back to its source. Your officers and auditors can check any claim in one click. No black box.

Air-gapped by design

Runs entirely inside your bank - no cloud, no outside services. Customer data never leaves your premises.

We set it up with you

Our team deploys Credence with yours, on your premises or a dedicated cloud, and connects it to the systems you already use.

Test the "what if" before you commit

Change one number, run the case again, and watch a finding flip from red to green. Test a scenario in seconds.

The questions your risk team will ask

Answered by how the system is built.

Never invents a grade

The credit grade always comes from your own scorecard or rating system - never from the AI. On every run, a check confirms the grade in the memo matches your scorecard's output.

Says when it doesn't know

A gap in the file becomes an open question in the memo - never a guess. If data is missing, the grade is marked provisional and each missing item is named.

Same input, same answer

Run the same file twice and you get the same memo. Your model-risk team can test this themselves.

Arabic-native, not translated

Your market is a playbook, not a rebuild.

The rules your credit officers write, the statements the system reads, and the memo your committee receives - all in Arabic, end to end, with right-to-left PDF export. The Egyptian playbook comes with 46 policy checks across 10 sections, based on Banking Law 194/2020, AML Law 80/2002 and CBE rules - and every check is yours to edit.

One engine, many workflows

Corporate credit is the best place to start: heavy on documents, easy to measure, always supervised by your analysts. The same engine then takes on your next workflows.

Corporate credit

New facilities and annual reviews: gather the evidence, spread the financials, apply your policy, draft the memo. The starting point - and the fastest payback.

SME credit

Smaller files, much higher volumes. The same rigour turns hours per file into minutes - without lowering the standard.

KYC & customer due diligence

The same gather-check-cite routine across registries, watchlists and ownership structures. An evidence file your compliance team can defend.

Early warning

Re-run the case when something changes - a bureau alert, a late filing, a broken covenant - and catch problems between annual reviews.

Test AI. Learn AI. Own it.

Every bank is being asked to adopt AI. The real question is where to start safely.

Test it

A three-to-four-week pilot that re-runs credit files you have already decided. We agree the success criteria up front and measure the results. You see what AI really does on your own numbers - before any commitment.

Learn it

We build it with you, not for you. Your credit officers put your policy into the playbook; your IT runs the system. Your team learns how it all works.

Own it

The bank owns the playbook, the logic and the result. You never depend on us to keep running - and your team can take it to the next workflow.
